IMPORTANT:
ANY and ALL returns need to be made through the store. Returns shipped back anywhere but our store or items marked returned to sender will not be considered a return and will not receive a refund.
Please check your order carefully to make sure everything is correct. Should you have questions or the information is listed incorrectly, please contact the store.
If you need to return an item, you will need the following:
- The item being returned in it’s original unopened package
- The purchase receipt
- The credit card you used to complete the purchase OR
- A photo ID
Please note, that you have 24 hours from purchase to cancel your order for any reason, after that, a non-refundable cancellation or restocking fees may apply of 5% of your total purchase or more.
